Question about LG DR-4810 DVD Recorder
Hello, i have an LG DR-165 (not listed on fixya) and i started recording on a DVD-R. so it has an automatic intervals for recording the chapters on 5 minutes. I want to change it to 10 or 15 minutes. how do i do this.in the manual it's just says it's possible but doesnt say what exactly you have to press on. thanks, shlomo
You can go to setup and i'm not sure. you can find out this man, it's very easy. this is not problem. it's one of the option.

Page 18 in themanual explains how to do this under the heading Auto Chapter The only other options are 10 minute chapters or none (switch off auto chaptering)

Had the same problem. Found it was due to faulty button connection on front panel of player. There's Progressive Scan button there that for some reason starts sending signal like it's constantly being pushed. To fix this, need to open player and cut wire that's connected to that button (or replace the button if you want to get fancy) Sounds tough, but it's not that hard. Plus the player is pretty much useless otherwise, so not much to lose. Best of luck.
