I know this is from a few months ago.... but I just had the exact same thing happen to my Samsung UN70NU6900F. After doing some research and taking the back off I've come to believe it's the cable ribbon! I've managed to get my picture to come back on multiple times, so I'm gonna order a new ribbon and hope that's the case ??
Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/ http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

Sounds like the main board has something wrong. There are two different part # 1-857-092-11 (serial # 1,000,001~ 1,350,000), 1-857-092-31 (serial # 1,350,001~ 1,500,000), cost apprx $500. Most common problems with no picture on plasma TVs are the 2 Y-buffers boards and the Y-SUS main board. Not being 100% sure without being there to check it out myself, I would have a TV repair confirm the diagnoses. Normally, they would charge a small fee to come to your home and check it out.
The cost of the replacement parts are not cheap. The new Y-buffer boards cost about $125 each. The new Y-SUS main cost about $200 - $350. That's why confirming the diagnoses would be a good idea because of how much money is involved for parts.
This sound like the standard Mitshubisi PIP board problem. There are two ways to adress this one is to repair the board, this involves replacing surface mounted capacitor and is about %80.00 sucsessful. The other is to simply bypass this board. this option is the way to go, it involves installing two capacitor on the main board and fixes the main pix but kills the Picture in Picture (PIP) I will send off both these repairs to your E-mail
