Re: Printer pulls paper to the right, will not pull...
Just make sure you have the right printer paper for this one, some printers simply don't work properly with different brand or type of printer paper. If the paper is too thick or too soft it won't work either. Don't load too much paper in the printer's shelf, it might cause jamming.

This is caused either by a small piece of paper left in the printer after a paper jam where the majority of a sheet of paper has been pulled out but with a corner torn off and still left in the printer or it can be from a foreign object dropped into the paper feed tray. Sometimes turning the printer upside down and shaking it can dislodge the object, if it doesn't, you will need to take the printer apart to look for the problem. A few philips head screws around the printer will need to be removed first then carefully 'pop' the plastic clips apart using a small flat screwdriver.
Hi, Kindly check if any paper piece has jammed. Kindly also check if the tray sensor is working. Most cases what I have found is paper pieces. Try turning the printer upside down and shake and then replug the connections. Good Luck.
Hi, You can try the following. Remove all paper from the printer and
turn printer off. Try opening the printer as if you were to remove the ink cartridges and
check for any paper jammed in the printer. If there is a paper jammed
try to remove it. if there is no paper jammed in the printer then try
the following remove all paper from the feeder and flip the printer
upside down and shake it a little. Sometimes things will fell inside of
the paper feeder and will block the paper path thus causing the printer
not to be able to pull the paper.
I check the paper tray, then I tried unplugging it from the USB cable, nothing....then I discovered a lock on the backside of my printer, I opened it and there the error was...PAPERJAM. I carefully pulled out the paper tried not to rip it. Voila? printer WORKS FINE!!! Sometimes you even have to shake it a little or turn it upside down.
First off, NEVER EVER turn a componant upside down and shake it. Second, open the printer up and search for any additional paper. A lot of time a paper jam isn't just one sheet, especially if you have a faster printer. I would also try using some rubber rejuvinator on the printer so that it picks the paper up better so it goes through the printing cycle better.
Usually this problem happens if there is something wrong with paper feed rollers which is inside the printer .
But to fix teh problem you can try this ---
take out ink cartridges, all the cables, power adapter (black rectangular box at the back) and papers from the paper feeder . Then take the printer in your hands, keep it like upside down and shake it for a while .Then keep it back in its position
Afetr 10-15 mins , install cartridges, cables, power adapter and just 1 sheet of paper on the printer . try to print somethg if still it dows same thg then it means that This is a time to buy a new printer on this christmas !!
you may have something inside on the bottom of the paper feed area what you should do is 1. unplug the printer 2. pull the paper out 3. GENTLY flip it upside down and give it a good shake 4. if you hear anything moving then put it down and take a flash light and look down and see if what ever was moving around is there. 5. if there is something there then take a pair of needle nose pliers or your hand and GENTLY remove after that plug it in and it should work
Re-check the paper feeder for anything small that might be stuck in the path of the paper,if the printer is not heavy try turning it upside down and giving it a good shake see if any obstacles will fall out.If not u might have to check the colaboration of the mechanism to see wheher its working as it should.
