Re: changing password &email
I think they mean the email and password registered for their TomTom Account
Plug the TomTom into your computer using the USB cable.
Click "yes" on the TomTom to connect
wait for any updates, click "Update and Install"
Click "Read Manual"
This takes you to their website
Logon with your existing email address and password
Click "Edit My Profile"
On the left are 2 options one to "change email" and another to "change password"

I checked here and you are in the system. I have just sent a password reset to your email address there. Please make sure you are using the email address rafael.r.lopez @ terra.com.br without the spaces in it as you have typed there (you probably just did that for security, but want to make sure).
You are definitely in the system, check your email and you will have either the password or instructions on how to reset the password. From there you can buy the map.

This is a HIGHLY unusual/suspicious situation to say the least.
After you launch CaddieSync, click the Forgot your username or password? link on the login screen. Enter the email address you used when you created your account. If you do not have the email address, click I do not have the address or username for the account and enter your ESN.
CaddieSync will show part of your email address to help you remember which address you used when you set up your account. Your username and password will be sent to this address.
After you log in, you can change your email address or password on the ACCOUNT page.
If you still don't know your login email address, your only option is to ship the unit back to the manufacturer for resetting.
create a new account and then register that account to a known good email address, once you register the device to the new account at the skygolf site, it should email correctly, you should know the password, and everything should be all set.
(try a simple password, like your favorite hole at your local course, and make it all one word ex. hole15cromwell,, or something like that)
