This is talking about your Recovery Partition which is D: and your Local Disk is C: most likely. You can see and review these partitions by doing this:

Start-> Run -> diskmgmt.msc [enter]

To make some room on this Recovery Partition do this:

Start-> Run -> D:\ [enter]

See if there are any file that might have been placed there on accident and remove.

Is it possible to make word repair document?

When you restart a Microsoft Office program after a power failure or similar problem, the program automatically opens any recovered files.
If for some reason the recovery file didn't open, you can open it yourself.

1. On the Standard toolbar, click Open .
2. On the Show pop-up menu, click All Documents.
3. Locate the folder that contains your recovery files.
Each recovery file is named "AutoRecover save of file name."
4. Open the recovery file.
5. Click Save .
6. In the Save As box, enter the name of the existing document.
7. When you see a message asking whether you want to replace the existing document, click Yes.

Any recovery files that haven't been saved are deleted when you quit WorTips

• If you can't open the recovery file, you can try to recover the text from the damaged file.
• To find out or change where your recovery files are stored, click Preferences on the Word menu, and then click File Locations.

Otherwise apply Word Repair Toolbox

I accidentally deleted my files on my nav720 no it tell me to install the program back on it it will not boot no program help plz

You description is relay confusing. So, you'd better illustrate your problem clearly next time. But, right now, if you simply want to get back all your deleted files back, you can try to check it on your computer
If this camera memory card can be read functionally on your computer, you'd better copy off all your stored photos to another memory card or drive and format this card immediately to check whether it can still be read on your camera.
But, if this card unfortunately also gets the same error, you'd better try to apply a memory card photo recovery freeware to get all your stored photos back successfully for free:

In fact, this freeware helped a lot as the external hard drive of my friend was mistakenly formatted. It finally restored all the needed data of my friend. It always works well on both of a memory card and a hard drive. So, I believe it will also help you a lot.
Try to read more information of this freeware here:
http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/02/photo-recovery.html
After experiencing these troubles, I hope you can learn a valuable lesson to back up everything important well at least on two memory cards or hard drives all the time.

Don't be panic. you can try some data recovery software. You can see

It tells the steps how to perform data recovery.

If above does not work, you may have to format the drive (use quick format), and then use above mentioned software to scan again the drive and recover your files.

Photos can be successfully retrieved from a memory card - however there is a catch. When you delete a photo, you really just tell the camera/computer to act like it isn't there. The actual bits in memory aren't changed to delete it (there is software you can get to actually delete them, but its usually completely unnecessary).
To get back your lost picture files try to use flash file recovery software. http://www.panterasoft.com/file-recovery/index.html

It sounds like you have been storing files on the Recovery partition (D:) instead of your C: drive. You should not do that. The Recovery partition should just that. If you need more space consider a USB external hard drive.
