Yea, it's a common problem with the digi002's, you have to wait forever on their tech support
line, but then they send you the new part for free, you have to fix it yourself though, that's the dilema i'm in - im having trouble with that part.

i found the manual online.... It is wild how at first the internet seems free and more free then it starts to cost for information.... Yes you guys need to get paid and at first i wondered how but now it seems like i am paying twice will you are probably getting paid once... you know pay once when you buy the product then pay again for information on how to use the product.. I guess that is how it is going for everyone... or maybe it is just my mind cause music seem to be going that way... The clubs used to pay now many say you might get paid if the costumer wants to pay at the door to see you and if they buy enough drinks and some are even saying we have to pay to play so that's like 3 times pay....
your service is not that expensive but i was just looking for information or a manual for a product that i have brought several times with the 4 Mboxs and 5upgrades.... but good luck ... and thanks
Some of the devices get electricity (fully or partially) from PC itself, if they are pulled out without proper termination, their power modules/or some of the logical may get damaged.
if its in warrenty period, please contact to the vendor to get it repaired.
Hi, are you using Pro Tools as a host? This may happen if you have old and/or incompatible plug-ins in the Plug-ins folder. In one case, older versions of D-Fi and Maxim caused the error message. The first step is to move your entire Plug-ins folder to the desktop (or to the Plug-ins Unused folder) and relaunch Pro Tools. The Digidesign Plug-ins folder is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE. If that works, then you need to go through your Plug-ins folder and determine which plug-ins are old or incompatible and either update them or remove them.
If that doesn't work, then it is best to remove Pro Tools and all PACE files completely, then reinstall Pro Tools.
