Reseated hard drive, computer wont re-boot, asking for disc?

Check The BIOS to see if the hard disk is detected. If not then -
Check if the harddrive is faulty, remove the hard drive and insert it into an USB hard drive adapter and connect it to a workingcomputer's USB port. If this computer cannot see itas an USB mass storage device and you cannot open the various folders and fileson this drive, then this confirms the hard drive is faulty. Then the hard drive needsto be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer orlaptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioningcomputer/laptop again.

I have taken the hard drive from my laptop, a acer travell mate 2300 and I am trying to find a connection on it so I can access some of the information. Help

Connect your laptop's hard drive to an USB hard drive adapter then plug this adapter into the USB port of a working computer.
The computer will see this USB adapter/hard drive as an external storage device. You can then open the various folders and files on this hard disk and copy and or backup your data.

Hi Gurus Is there any hardware available to get data from Dead Hard Drive. Any machine where I can put the disk and it will ready all the data from the disk ?

You can try connecting the hard drive to an USB hard drive adapter then connect this adapter to a working computer's USB port. If this computer can detect this as an external storage device and you can open the various folders and files then the hard drive is OK and you can copy your data.

If the hard drive is not detected then the hard drive is definitely faulty.
There is no way us mortals can recover data from a faulty hard drive.
There are companies that specializes in data recovery from hard drives, BUT it will cost you an arm and a leg for their services.

Looks like my hard drive is full and it can not boot up. how can I get to the hard drive to delete pictures to have more space for window to load?

If the hard drive is not faulty and the computer won't boot up, then remove the hard drive from your computer and connect it an USB hard drive adapter. Connect the adapter and hard drive to a working computer's USB port, this computer will see this as an external storage device, you can then open the various folders and delete the photos or data files.
When you restore the hard drive back into your computer and when it boots up, your should do a Disk Cleanup then a Defrag. Disk Cleanup will remove old temporary files, old compressed files etc and free up disk space. Defrag will make fragmented files contiguous so the files can be accessed more efficiently. If you have not run these programs before, it will take a log time to complete.
Disk Cleanup and Defrag should be carried out once a month to maintain the hard disk.

If you mean the USB cord that connects the camera to your computer, stores like Walmart, BestBuy, etc. have them in various sizes. Take your camera with you to get the correct end that goes into your camera.

Need to drop email account

Their might be various spams, bulk and junk emails that might have got accumulated over the time of the usage of the Dell Hard Disk, according to me many unwanted and unrecognised programs such as WORM/Virus and the possiblity is that the email's constant traffic of new mails and Various E-bombs coming in might have conflicted with the Dell Hard Drive as they bring with them certain copied patches and files that get accumulated in the hard disk and so the hard disk faces problems in functioning properly. Thus, often giving certain messages like ' The Email/ISP is blacklisted' or 'Need to Drop email account'.In general the Email might be conflicting with the configuartion of the sytem and/or with the Space of the Dell Hard Drive.

Timing

The engine computer uses the spout connector to change engine timing for various conditions. With the spout connector disconnected, the base timing should be set to 10* BTDC. Various things could be causing your problem. You need to get the codes read to find the cause. Most parts store will read the codes for you. It can be run with it disconnected, but will affect preformance and mpg, as there will be no timing advance.
