Only a service person can help now. Likely you have a connection loose, a buldged cap or maybe just a transistor with a cold solder joint. Not being able to see it makes it hard to tell.

How do you get the receiver volume and tv volume to stop working together at the same time?

It sounds like your TV is responding to the Denon remote. There may not be any way to stop it. I would just turn off the TV speakers and use the ones connected to the receiver. If you're using the TV speakers to make up for the lack of a center channel speaker on your receiver, it may be time to consider buying a good center channel speaker. The speakers provided in most modern flat panel TV's aren't very robust. The whole idea of having a receiver is to:

1. allow switching between various sources while using only one HDMI cable to connect to the TV.

2. Take advantage of surround sound in the 5.1, 7.1 channel mode receivers provide. When you have a good receiver connected to quality speakers and a good subwoofer you can really experience the music and sounds in a home theater environment.

Digital display on onkyo tx-sv70pro not working radio plays ok.

Yes...the sun would have harm this but it would take a lot of sun. I am betting your display is just burned out. If you look hard enough you can find a replacement for the display. It is a plug and play board.

Why does the volume fluctuate when playing any connected equipment to my receiver?

You are describing one of the inherent problems in assembling various pieces of equipment into a complete system. Unless your Kenwood receiver has some provision for equalizing the various input levels, you will just have to adjust each one manually.

I have a bose acoustomas system. It does not have HDMI inputs on the bose amp which denies me hooking a blu ray dvd to the system to access sound for the speakers thru the amp. I want to have dvd and hdmi...

Simple.Depending on the number of HD gadgets you have, you need either 2 or 4 channel HDMI converter.Connect the HDMI output to your tv and connect other equipments to the various HDMI,VGA,component and composite inputs, including your Bose System.

Just baught a used saround sound speaker system and have no manual to show us how to hook it up and where the conection wires are supose to conect to my television

Without knowing its model number and that of your television this answer has to be very general. Generally speaking you would connect a television to a surround sound system from the television's audio outputs to one of the surround sound system's auxiliary inputs. However most televisions do not have outputs. If your television fortunately has one, then you'd proceed to connect either the red and white RCA audio cable or the digital audio out one depending upon your television's capabilities. The RCA connection though just stereo sound is more reliable as the optical cable's performance can be iffy, and can have a lot of conditions that'll end up with it not working most of the time. The way I have mine set up is I connect all of my devices to the television with a video cable and then separately connect all of them to the surround sound system with an audio cable. Then to hear the sound from the various devices I press my function button on my remote or surround sound system to switch between FM radio, the set top box, and the dvd player.

How to connect a vizio lcd hdtv to my 1976 kenwood KVA 503. My Vizio has no speaker outputs except a digital optical audio. I had it hooked up before and then moved and now I can't get it back...

Obviously the digital optical connector was never connected to the vintage Kenwood.

It sounds like your Vizio is NOT the actual root SOURCE of the TV audio but it's coming from a Cable Box which DOES have various audio outputs. Connect it as you would any other analog audio source (except don't use the PHONO input).

Clicking noise from Onkyo TX-SR606 during television broadcast

I seem to recall a sub-menu setting having to do with "auto shut off" or something like that.

My receiver is packed up, ready to take to Fry's, or I would find that submenu for you.
