Visit www.sternkreuz.de
Find somebody who speaks German as this site is in German.
Send request if they can supply or cut the glass for your watch.
BE WARNED: it can be very costly and you may need to send your watch to them for a proper measurments.
Then there is a mineral glass cutting service in Australia:

I don't know if there is a such a service in USA.
Good Luck

I need change the glass.where?

It is possible for jewelers to order exact fit replacement crystals for many watches. However, generic replacements are not made for all watches. If your jeweler cannot perform this service (which may cost as little as $10 for common crystals), ask if the jeweler knows of a jeweler's specialty business that can custom-fit crystals. These small shops custom-grind crystals from blank stock and hand-fit them to your watch. Such companies used to be relatively common; today, most conduct operations via mail-order or exist in large cities like New York where there is enough local wholesale and walk-in business.
Department stores and chain jewelry stores rarely have the on-sight resources to service a broad selection of watch crystals. Seek out an independent jeweler or one that has a "we repair watches" sign displayed.

I want to replace my broken glass....how can i get another one

Thanks for contacting FixYa.
You can take to a local watchmaker. Most have the tools to cut the crystals at their shop. If not, they will tell you.
If you cant find a local, you can send here:

Broken glass on watch face can it be replaced ?

Thanks for contacting FixYa.
Most likely yes, but I dont know what kind of watch it is. take to a local watchmaker/jeweler to get an estimate. Most can be done locally unless it is a very special type of crystal.
Best regards.

I am a retail jeweler. We broke a cust.'s crystal when changing a battery. Need help in getting new crystal. Lds. 14kt,rect. milor,Italy. Please help

This is hard one. First advise is to contact manufacturer. If no success there, then you have to find out any watch repair shop with watch glass cutting services. I used to order obsolete watch glasses to cut over here in England, so, should be similar service in USA. Last and most expensive thing is to buy KRONOGLASS cutting machine, but you will be able to cut watch glasses in the future and provide this service yourself. Not much, but at least you have an idea where to look for. Rate me, plz.

The crystal on my Anne Klein watch needs relacing. I took it to a jewler to have it replaced, but they told me I'd have to order it from Anne Klein and they ( my jewler) would put it in.

This is right. Anne Klein do not supply any parts to customers, so, you have to ask your jeweller/watchmaker to order the glass first and then they gonna fit it.
You have another way to do that; ask your jeweller to send your watch to Anne Klein, where the glass will be replaced, but this way it will cost a lot more and you will have to wait much longer.
I'd advice to choose the first way, as there is no difference where the watch glass was fitted.

Rate me, please.

Most good jewellers carry a huge selection of these screws - if they don't then they will certainly be able to order one. Hope this helps :)
