Re: I am receiving no service
Remove the battery, take out the sim card. Put the sim card back in and replace the battery. if this doesnt do it, go Into your settings menu and make sure it says that "wireless" is turned on...Blackberry does the same thing, you can keep the phone on, with out having the phone part (wireless) on.

Try turning the phone off and removing the battery for 30 seconds. This should do a soft reset to the phone and hopefully clear up the problem. My phone does the same thing from time to time, most the time it's just a glitch.

If you are still able to recieve calls but the display is blank means its not a phone problem but rather a display problem. The LCD display panel is damaged and needs to be replaced. If the phone is still under warranty then rush to the nearest service center and they should fix it for free. Otherwise the panel costs around 100-150$. You can replace it on your own though..
You will need a replacement. This happened to me TWICE since I got my BlackJack2 in March (once in May, once in July). Also happened to my co-worker who got the same phone at the same store. Tech support said they've gotten a few cases like this. I was told if it happens a third time, then they would allow me to choose a different type of PDA. If your BlackJack is still under warranty, they will give you a refurbished one to replace it. If you have insurance, same deal. If not under warranty and no insurance, you'll have to spring for a brand new phone.
