Since this board is over 7 years old (2002) as stated at the link above, it may be to your advantage to upgrade to a newer board.
Another thing which you will find is that the bios probably should be flashed to get the newest version for this board. Before going too far on this board, everything should be checked over visually. Such as the dust, the components and so on on the surface of the board. You will have to decide.
