The dozer started running bad and died. I did find water in fuel. I have gone through starter and selinoid they are working fine and has a new battery, when the starter hits flywheel it stops.
Sounds like have a head gasket. Water in cylinders. Water
don't compress. Don't try to start with water in cyl., it will
bent the rods. Pull injectors or etc.

I have same issue with a JD 350C....hmmm...did you bleed water out of the fuel tank? I am seeking a solution as well...I also have new fuel filter...One little issue someone mentioned, is whether a vacuum is building up in the fuel tank...I think there is an air intake tube that comes all the way up to the top of the fuel tank...Air needs to backfill this so mix with fuel, but mainly to keep the fuel flowing and not creating a vacuum like a straw...Try running the machine with a cap on looser or maybe stick a wire down there to see if something is stuck down there (spider nest?) dunno. Good luck...
