They keep them low priced so you can just buy another. The warranty is for complete replacement in a certain time period, if it fails. These are not rerally intended for industrial use.

Cant remove the flat plate which is under the burner

I have the same problem,You will need a 15/16 socket and a rachet.Remove grill, then burner cap to expose range mounting nut use socket 15/16 to remove this work all the time for proper cleaning, NOW HERE IS THE PROBLEM, The nut is brass and it is screwed to the orifice holder, which seems to be made of aluminum.when i tried to back off the nut it freez up and continue to get tighter,as if it is cutting new threads in reverse,so im wondering if this metal combination of aluminum and brass is good, and if the severe heat in its path is not fusing the metals together.still trying to find answer.

I have a milwalkie 1/2 inch drive air rachet ...all of a sudden now it wont work when you hit the trigger air just comes out where the top of the rachet joins to the bottom half...is there a way to fix it?

it sounds like the viens in the air motor may be stuck. try pouring some "Air Tool Oil" or any thin oil will do, even veg oil. when pouring it in make sure to pull the trigger so that the oil goes into the ratchet. let it soak for a while and try it. I hope this works for you.

Trying to install new serpentine drive belt. Doesn't look like alternator is adjustable. There is a belt tensioner but I can't get quite enough play out of it. Can't really get a tool on it to hold it...

Some of the parts are hard to see. You should have a square hole in the belt tensioner fixture. This would fit either a 3/8 drive rachet or a 1/2 drive rachet. You will put the rachet or breaker bar in the square hole and push against the spring tension.

A trick to installing the belt is not to use the belt tensioner as the last pulley to slide the belt over. Put the belt over the tensioner and use your body weight to push against it. Then slide the belt over the last uncovered pulley and let off your weight on the tensioner.

Won't agitate. burns up the belt. It seems to be "locked-up". I can get it to spin out the water with a racheting sound.

The Transmission is bad depending on age may still be under warntee Not for labor but parts most have 10 year parts coverage find a pro or buy a new /used one most repair places will give you an estimate of repairs and call if they have problems fixing it
