Question about Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
Generally, the problem is that the solenoid valve which either directs the water to the spray arms or to the drain is stuck. Often, there is food debris in the valve. You'll find it near the motor and connected to the waste line Often, these valves can be disassembled and cleaned. If not, the valve may need to be changed out if you can't get whatever is in there out.
