Question about HP 530 Notebook PC
Hi, try removing the batt press and hold the power down for 1 minute, dont replace battery yet, plug in charger, boot up then shut down. replace battery and boot.
if this fails you could also try changing your power settings in control panel. change to minimal power managment.
remove the adapter while laptop is on and allow to completly drain(untill it switches off)
then try reboot.
