Your battery might be dead. If you have multimeter; check battery voltage value after full charge. If battery didn't hold charge, i suggest you to check your charger too.

My camera keeps turning itself off and the amber light keeps flashing

Please check whether the battery is fully charged.
Please try using a different battery.
If the issue still persists after changing the battery try Power Resetting the Camera which should resolve the issue.
To Power Reset the Camera, First, please turn OFF the Camera.
Then, remove the battery pack from the Camera.
Then, press and hold the POWER button on the Camera for 30 seconds.
Then, reinsert the battery pack and check whether the issue is resolved.

How long time I churge "SONY NP-BG1 Battery

The first charge you should let it go overnight, so it has a good solid charge. After that it depends on the mAH of the battery, the higher the number, like 1400, it should take about 3 hours. There should be a led light on the charger, its red when charging and turns green when completed. The chargers have a voltage regulator on them, so that you can't over charge a battery.

DSC-F707 Digital Camera Problem

I did the same thing. What I found out was that it's very important to charge a lithium battery completely on the first use. You probably took it off the charger too soon. If it's not completely charged on the first use it won't be able to hold any charge.
Sadly, I ended up having to buy another one and try again.
Sorry.

Memory stick error

This is a problem with the battery connector inside the camera. It is common to the DSC F717 and this camera. It's, unfortunately, a pro camera repair issue on the 828. It can be fixed DIY on the 717. I did it to mine and now it works fine.
