Question about KitchenAid Superba Architect KSCS25INSS Side by Side Refrigerator
If i don't have on shoes i get a shock from touching the door of the freezer side of my Kitchenaid refrigerator. The wall receptacle is working fine. There is no water in the condensation reservoir underneath.
What would be the likely case and how do i search for the problem and fix it?
Somehow the door is charged with electrity and when you have shoes on your insulated, meaning that your not a place for the electricity to travel thru, but when you take away the shoes the electricity can go thru you to the floor and so on. Solution to your problem, get a repairman to come check on it before you hurt yourself.
