Try this link for the software. You need the drivers in order to access the
camera, also get ffdshow (latest stable version) from here,

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/ffdshow.cfm/rev__610__20061201

to access the H264 format MPEG4 video that the camera uses for it's video. Once you
have the software (download all from the above link and install) you can
work with about any cd/dvd making (even windows moviemaker and windows
dvd maker in vista), upload to YouTube, etc.

DLNA Conversion-Seamlessly Connect and Watch Droid X Videos to HDTV through DLNA

If you have a look at Motorola Droid X, you may notice the Droid X is compatible with DLNA service. DLNA, as the short term for Digital Living Network Alliance, is to make it possible to view media between PCs, mobile devices and other consumer electronics. If you have a home wired or wireless network, e.g. Wi Fi network and a DLNA-capable TV, you can stream music, movies and photos from Droid X to TV. DLNA make it an alternative method to watch Droid X videos on TV besides HDMI output with Verizon Gallery app.

Since we may sometimes do not have DLNA PC or transfer videos from PC to Droid X, we may face the problem of putting movies to Droid X. Here the guide will include two parts: one for DLNA Convert Movies to Droid X and the other for Streaming Movies from Droid X to HDTV.

Part I. Convert/Transfer movies to Droid X
We need a powerful video to Droid X converter on Windows computer to make most videos compatible to Droid X. Aunsoft Video Converter is the right choice for converting TiVo, MKV, MTS, TOD, AVI to Droid X MP4.

Step 1. Run Aunsoft Video Converter as the perfect Droid X video converter, and click the "Add" button to load HD videos in formats like .tivo, .ts, .mkv, .mts, .avi, .rmvb.

Step 2. Choose Motorola Android MP4 format by clicking the "Format" option and navigating to Android > Motorola Droid (X) H.264 Video(*.mp4).

Step 3. Convert HD videos to H.264 MP4 for Droid X by clicking the start button under the preview window. After conversion, connect Droid X to PC via USB cable, and transfer videos to Droid X under the DCIM > Camera folder.

Part II. Seamlessly Stream Droid X Videos/Movies to HDTV via DLNA.
The DLNA service could be used as a stand alone, or used in combination with HDMI. A home network (wired or wireless) or WiFi network shall be set up with your DLNA compatible TV and Droid X.

Step 1. Turn on Droid X and the TV, and select DLNA application on Droid X to start sharing media files. If you get the message to turn on Wi Fi connection, just click Yes and go to the settings menu to turn on Wi-Fi.

Step 2. From the DLNA screen, select "Share media", and select the media (Video, Music, Picture) you want to play in the "My shared media" screen. Then click OK.

Step 3. Wait for a few seconds for Connecting Motorola Droid X to TV based on DLNA, and a green DLNA logo will appear at the top of Droid X screen for Sharing movies and other media files to TV.

With the steps above, you can easily Connect and Watch Droid X video on TV through DLNA. The DLNA app is what enables your Droid X to connect to any DLNA devices such as a Playstation 3, XBOX, or a DLNA-capable TV, PC or A/V Receiver, and lets you send a picture or an MP3 from your Droid X to your PC, Set up DLNA on Droid X using the handset as a controller and browse the Videos stored on your PC using your Droid X and then stream it over to your TV using your HDMI cable and the DLNA app.

So if you have a Droid X and any DLNA devices such as a Playstation 3, XBOX, or a DLNA-capable TV, PC or A/V Receiver, you may like to stream the movies stored on your Droid X or your Droid X 3gp recordings to the DLNA devices for sharing with friends and family members. And you may have already saved lots of favorite movies in your PC or MacBook, but they are in different formats like TiVo, VOB, AVI, MKV, TS, TP, M2TS, etc which are not compatible with your Droid X and DLNA devices.

Now with Aunsoft Droid X Video Conversion, you can Convert and Stream Videos/Movies to Droid X MP4 via DLNA for Sharing on DLNA Device with high quality . I have shot several movies on different cards with my Powershot SX200IS. When I plug the camera directly into my computer, I can view the movies. But I cannot get them to download on to my computer. It...

What program are you using to download the pics? Is it the same program you are trying to download the videos to? It probably only handles still photos, not movies. You could use a card reader and download the videos to a folder you create on your desktop and then use a program like Windows Media player or something that came with your camera to watch them. Sending videos to others through e-mail is discouraged. They are extremely large files, take forever to upload, forever to download (especially if your friends have a dial-up connection), and some ISP's won't even permit the upload or download because of the size. To share, burn the videos to DVD and pass them out to friends or upload the videos to an online site that your friends can log onto.

How can I transfer my videos taken on my panasonic dmc t10 to my iphoto or itunes library?

The TZ10 behaves like a HD video camera and prefers to work with iMovie to store your footage so you can then edit your video into a Movie (project).
In iMovie select the camera icon (far left button on middle toolbar) to transfer your videos to your Mac. After you edit your footage into a Project, select Share-->iTunes to add your polished project to your iTunes library.
After adding your movie to iTunes, you can always drag it from your iTunes library to the iPhoto icon on the dock to store it there too!
