Replaced coils and Ingit.kit yesterday
If the coils and ignition are correct, and you are 100% positive that that they are installed correctly. I would check the primary fuse, as well as the high and low limit switches and thermostat. There are instructions on the internet for testing and troubleshooting these. I had the same issue and it was a combination of a clogged vent tube (not behind the drier, but the stack to the roof and the thermostat was bad.

The bottom limit is engineered to open at 250F and the small top one is supposed to open at 300F. The bottom did not have time to click in and so it is considered weak. the kit comes with both thermostats in it Part number 279769
