Question about HP PC Desktops
Try safe mode and see if it still happens then, if it doesn't then i would reinstall some video drivers and maybe reinstall direct-x. i suggest you also back up your important files before things get worse if safe mode works out. after you back them up if the driver installs and whatever else you have tried hasn't done the trick, i would just reformat.
