The following site has a 1.02 beta version of the firmware:

http://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/Router/DI-LB604/Firmware/

However, it also has the flash utility.....you could most likely save the firmware from your 1.01 router then use the flash utility on that site to flash the firmware you just saved to your 1.00 router :c)

Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya.

Reinstall/update firmware and move to a different location to prevent overheating. Also try just leaving it unplugged for a couple minutes.

HI. I have problem with dlink router di-lb604 i can not configure VPN on this router. I want to configure VPN by site to site on di-lb604 with ddns

Go to the router site by using 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.0 or 192.168.1.1 password is admin and leave the rest blank. Unless you have already set a password. You can configure your router settings there. Thanks for using FixYa! John

Vpn site to site

you need to create an IPSec tunnel between the router and windows server 2003 (run secpol.msc). From the dlink router, you need to set the IP address of the VoIP gateway as part of the LAN that is included on the VPN tunnel. Since it is the server 2003 that has a static IP, you need to initiate the connection from the Dlink router.

My router stuck-up

I think you should enter ( -1 ) in the time out policy or the router would shut its connection if there is no activity over a certain period of time

make this entry both in wan1 and wan2
