Grace Digital Mondo Wifi radio - plugged in, found my wifi connection, but when I enter my WEP Key, it just cirlces back to :Enter WEP Key. No errors received, just doesn't recognize my WEP K

Hi
You say that the radio keeps demanding the WEP key for your WiFi connection. WEP is just one of several security types to be used for WiFi. The fact that the radio is asking for a WEP key indicates to me that your WiFi is more than likely set to one of the other security standards such as WPA, WPA2-PSK etc etc etc. If this is the case your laptop and kindle etc will be using the same security standard as your WiFi router. To find out which security standard is being used in Windows 7, on your laptop, click on the active connection in the system tray to bring up the list of available connections and then click on "Open Network and Sharing Centre". When the Network Centre page comes up double click on the "Wireless Connection".
A status box will come up and about half way down is a utton "Wireless Properties". Click on this, and in the box that comes up click on the security tab and it will tell you the security type, the encryption type and the wireless key (click on "Show characters").
If the encryption type is not WEP then the radio will not connect to your WiFi, and the radio settings for Security and encryption need to be set to the same as on the laptop for it to connect.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

How do you set up Internet on the wii?

To access the internet with your wii console you'll need either a wireless router/gateway, or a wii wired LAN connector.

1. Power on your Wii console
2. Access the "Wii Setting" menu by selecting the circular wii icon in the bottom left of the screen and then choosing wii settings.
3. Use the arrow on the right of the screen to move to page two, then select "internet".
4. Select "Connection 1 ' None"
5. Choose "Wireless Connection" (assuming you have a wireless router), then select "Search for Access Point".
6. Wait for your wii to scan, then select your wireless network, and if prompted enter your wireless network password/key. Then click "OK".

You should now be able to connect to the internet. If your Wii runs a connection test and it proves unsuccessful it will display an error code. If you get Error Code 51330 or 52130 this means the password you entered does not match the password on the wireless network you are attempting to join. A list of all other error codes and what they mean can be found here: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/onlineErrorCodes.jsp

Trying to connect with a wireless router. getting error code 51330.

This is a General Troubleshooting error code and does not have any one specific cause. You'll need to try the following steps to try to solve the problem.

1. Your wireless router sends out an internet signal using a specific "channel" (much like a radio broadcasts over the airwaves). You can change the "channel" that your wireless router uses to broadcast the internet signal manually. Nintendo suggests setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11, as these are supposed to be the fastest channels for download speed

This website has a guide that shows you how to change the channel on your wireless router - http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/routers/index.jsp

2. In addition to the broadcasting channel, there is also a broadcast setting. This can be set to either "G", "B", or "Mixed." Nintendo suggests that the "Mixed" setting gives the best network connection, but you might need to try all three settings to get the best network connection.

3. Home appliances and other devices that are near to your console, like microwaves and cordless phones, might cause interference with your wireless network connection, so try turning these off. Other wireless devices like keyboards and computer mice can also interfere with your network connection.

Describe your cannot connect my cga5722 wireless

well you need to reset your router wireless config, your isp dont do this, you need to config yourself, but i give some help. try these manual steps:
4.1 Log on the webpages
Open your Internet Browser
Enter http://192.168.2.1 in the address field
Click on GO
• The following webpage will be displayed
Note
The only default language is English.
To access the required webpage, click on the corresponding tab on
the left side of the page.
4.2
Webpages’ menu structure
The table below describes the menu tree of the webpages.
4.3 ADSL/Internet Settings webpages
4.3.1 ADSL status
Click on "ADSL Status" which is located on the left side of the screen.
SET UP WIZARD Getting started
Wireless settings
ADSL settings
Confirm
The ADSL Wireless Base Station also operates as a wireless access
point, allowing wireless computers to communicate with each other. To
configure this function, you need to enable the wireless function, define
the radio channel, the domain identifier, and the security options.
Check Enable and click "SAVE SETTINGS".
You must specify a common radio channel and SSID (Service Set ID) to
be used by the ADSL Wireless Base Station and all of its wireless clients.
Make sure you configure all of its clients to the same values.
Access Control allows users to define the outgoing traffic permitted or
not-permitted through the WAN interface. The default is to permit all
outgoing traffic.
If the signal strength of a single wireless base station is not sufficient due
to a large coverage area or attenuation due to walls, with WDS the
range of a wireless base station can be extended.
All base stations in a Wireless Distribution System must be configured
with the same radio channel, and encryption type (WEP/WPA) if that is
used.

i send a link for these steps more datailed on:

"Failed to lookup DNS" error with Aluratek wifi internet radio

Here's the useless response from Aluratek customer support:
"Failed to lookup DNS, the password is case sensitive, if you are using upper lower case letters you have to key in the correct case otherwise you won't be able to connect your radio. Thanks."
However, Aluratek advised another AIRMM01 owner to obtain a newer modem. I bought a new Actiontec GT724WGR Wireless DSL Modem and that resolved the problem with my AIRMM01F.

Internal wireless card sudden error code 10

M200? Is this a Toshiba laptop? Error Code 10 can mean many things, but the first thing I would try is a Driver Upgrade. Reliable Drivers can usually be found at the manufacturer's website.
