HP Cybercam has no picture

Has it worked previously? If so, you may want to try a restore, or reload the drivers. If using windows 7, go to the device manager and uninstall the driver. At this point, restart your PC and windows 7 should automatically detect and reinstall the drivers for this device.

1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Services.

2. Select the Event Log service and click Start up. Change the Start up Type to Disabled, and then click OK. If you are unable to log on to the computer but can access the registry remotely, you can change the Start up value in the following registry key to 0x4:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog

3. Restart Windows.

NOTE: When the system starts up, several services may fail; a message informing the user to use Event Viewer to review errors may appear.

4. Rename or move the corrupt *.evt file from the following location:

%SystemRoot%\System32\Config

5. In Control Panel Services tool, re-enable the Event Log service by setting it back to the default of Automatic start up, or change the registry Start up value back to 0x2.

1. Boot to a MS-DOS prompt using a DOS bootable disk.

2. Rename or move the corrupt *.evt file from the following location:

%SystemRoot%\System32\Config

3. Remove the disk and restart Windows.

When Windows is restarted, the Event Log file will be recreated.

How to upgrade your google browser?

Updates are available if the wrench icon on the browser toolbar shows a little arrow chrome_95414_update_notification.gif. To apply the update, just follow the steps below.
  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Update Google Chrome.
  3. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click Restart. The browser saves your opened tabs and windows and reopens them automatically when it restarts. If you'd prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will automatically be applied.

System shutdown message pop up and shut down and restart computer

Sounds like spyware / malware i would use an online scanner like Eset or a program like Malwarebytes.

also to stop the computer from restarting open the command prompt window (start menu, click run, type cmd, click ok...) type "shutdown.exe /a" without the "" and there is a space between exe and /a this will abort the shutdown.

My pc take restart again and again.

Check for bloated capacitors in your motherboard. It may be the reason why your system keeps on restarting. If there are bloated capacitors then its time for you to change the whole motherboard or the whole computer set itself. Or - Another reason could be that your computer is infected by a Sasser. If you see an error message window with count down, then it is infected by a sasser. Download sasser removers. Here is another way to stop it--- Use System Failure Settings to Stop Automatic Restarts.

1. Click Start and Open the Control Panel
2. Go to System and Maintenance, Click on System.
3. Select Advanced System Settings and choose Advance tab.
4. Under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
5. Under System failure uncheck Automatically restart.
Hope this helps!
