Had no problem until Telstra had trouble with there internet. Please help. Have they got shares in D-link and just want me to buy a new one? I have tried a lot of things and nothing works. Alan McDonald. Australia. It keeps saying it can't find authentic address what ever that means.
G´day again m8 :-),
Your D-Link AirPlus G DI-524 Wireless Router needs a hard reset.
Log in to your router, go to -> administration -> factory default -> Restore Factory Defaults: = “No”
Then save settings.
You have now reset the router.
First thing you do is set your wireless setup in your computer to the same, i.e. no security.
Test if there is connection, if, the start with the setup from the top, beginning with admin password.
NOTE, be paitient after reset, your router need to contact Telstra to optain your IP address.
