can't get error light to go off
Problem for Canon S 100 InkJet Printer
HP pst 1210 can not scan, cartrage wont rest or not nuetral

I have problem with printer Hp PST 1210. Wont print, the cartridge cradle wont rest to its normal position check paper and check print cartridge lite permanently. If the printer is defective can I use the scanner? I possible how? I not possible, is their any solution?
