The phone comes with a low memory size that is why it is not receiving large files from other devices via bluetooth. What you should do is to try to get an additional memory card and install into the phone, then when you receive files via bluetooth, you should send them to the memory card.
For the internet that is slow to connect, the problem is not from the phone, it is from the network of the sim card service provider. It tends to be slow on some kind of phones with low memory capacity to read internet faster.
Insert a memory card into the phone and try to move all files on it, then you can surf the internet using ur phone with an improved internet speed.

You have to upgrade your RAM. 512MB is the minimum. Also you can increase the virtual memory. To do this right click on mycomputer, click properties, click on settings button that is next to performance, Click on virtual memory and then click on change. Set the value to 512. This will speed up your computer a little but stil upgrading your RAM is the best bet. Regards, Eagle338.
