Question about Ricoh Aficio MP1600SPF Copier
Do you mean you have a level 'B' fault code? Level 'B' is reset by turning the MAIN power switch off. Not just the reddish switch behind the clearish little cover. Look on the side for the little BLACK switch and shut it off there. Leave it off for about 1 min and then turn that little switch back on. This will reset the code. If the code continues, there will be a SC with numbers --- this is the fault code that tells us where the problem is. Now with that being said, do you mean that there is a JAM in AREA 'B' ? If so, open the front cover and there should be directions to locate area 'B'. Open the covers/ doors and remove the jam, close the doors/ covers and it should be cleared.
