Creative MuVo TX FM player I/O error

Hi Everyone.I am using cerative MuVo TX FM player.Suddenly i got a problem that it is not get switch on.While i am going to Switch On it Gets ON and then just Screen appears and suddenly get switch Off. I am also observe that afetr connect to PC while i am trying to open it shows Device I/O error. Plz Suggest the solution. what i have to do?

You could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250 to get your computer to recognize it again.

Once you have done that, try installing the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in March 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading and installing Creative MuVo TX FM Firmware 1.24.02.

Of course, you'll have to get it to talk to your computer before you can update the firmware.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

First of all, though, you should try changing the batteries, just to make sure that's not the problem. Sometimes the solution is a simple one! :)
