Hi,see if the usb or the mouse is set for power off to conserve electricity(this is probably the case) and disable the power off. also if the computer goes stand by this could cause the device to stop, until rebooted or reconnected.hope this helps, good luck! glen

I've had this problem be4. There are either one of two problems: one you mouse needs new batteries or two the usb connecter is not connected to the pc or the usb port is messed up. Try this: move the usb connecter to another usb port and see if it works then. OR just replace the batteries.

My wireless mouse acts like the right key is always pressed down. when i start an excel spread sheet it keep move the spread sheet to the right going all the way to th end . I have replaced the battery .

This wireless mouse came with a wireless USB dongle.

First, check if the right button is a bit loose. This could be a hardware defect. Bit if not, try connecting the USB dongle into different USB ports of the computer and pair them up.

If same problem occur, might as well, try different computer to isolate the problem. If the issue remained on the mouse, though it's connected into different computer, then you may need to contact the manufacturer for repair.

Thank you!

Wireless mouse locks up

I would suggest investing in a USB mouse. They never have this problem and are very cheap to buy. I have found that wireless mice are prone to problems. I would say there is a problem in the connection between your mouse and the laptop but this sort of problem is quite hard to find. As I said, you are better off with USB mouse.

MS Notebook Wireless Mouse 6000

The part that goes into the USB port is the mouse receiver. If it has a button on it, press it and then tuen your mouse over and press the button on the bottom of your mouse. This is the reset/connect button.
Hope this is of some help. Bud
