Have lost drivers for sound card and need to reinstall them how do i do this?

bought a new internal hard drive for my pc. from future shop, 500 gigs. I'm just trying to set it up and having trouble with the sound. I was looking for sound drivers out there, but when I download, they don't work!!!! Any solutions? PLease Help! Jerry

no sound after reformat. I dont have the drivers. I think it needs update. where can I update it for free? Intel(r) 82801 CA/CAM AC'97

Once the download is completed, double-click the file (WDM_A399.exe), and it should install the missing audio drivers for you...

i don't know which manufacturers sound ard is being used in my Presario R3230CA and as i lost all of my driver CD's that came with my laptop i can't install them....

My computer was acting crazy, taking about 40 to 50 minutes to boot up, having a lot of applications running at the same time etc.... So I decided to reformate the hard drive with my back up disk, which was successful. But after that I dont the sound. I have tried to fix through control panel but the drive and audio options are gry out. What can I do

while i was installing the audiodrivers ,i found a massage that "A problem occured while inatallation your hardware might not work properly" but it worked well for two weeks . but after that , i dont know what happened but my speakers are not working and some of them say that sound card might not be working. hoe to wether it is working or not?

I had a full format with my hard and don't have any motherboard or sound driver or vga driver CD for reinstallation. so I have some problems wiyh the vga & sound system of the pc
