My wife thought she would put the wagon together and to make a story short... She put the first piece of it on which was the front wheel and then she realized that she put it on upside down. Now we need to get it off. Anyone know how without damaging the wagon body itself??

The trick is to spread out the sides of the tire so that they touch the side of the rim. That way, the air you pump in will fill the tire instead of coming out the sides.
This is how it's done: You will need a cargo strap with a ratchet. Sometimes these are referred to as a "come-along". It might take a few minutes to figure out how it works if you've never used one before, but what you wanna do is wrap the strap of the come-along around the circumference of the tire, and then tighten it. The tightening action will spread the sides of the tire and hold them there.
Good luck!
SOURCE: Pedals don't turn the front wheel.
You have to take off the tire, pull back the red cap along the pedal post and then pop the white plate off (small flathead screwdriver) to expose the inner hub off the wheel. There is a small metal plate with four screws...maybe the older kids snapped off the screws. You'll need a small flathead screwdriver, pliers or adjustable wrench and regular sized phillips screwdriver.
