Hi and sorry to bother you too much

Hi dr bob1, hi again and thanks for respopnding.this DP1820 is really giving me a hell of time.i have reset the PM cycle c70 to o and even i tried the optic cycle c86 but no success yet the spanner is still there.please kindly dont tire and give me more hints.kind regards and hope to hear from you soon.bye

Hi im jules_09.Check you home possition sensor there are 2 sensor positoned at the optics and scanner checkm it then replace the 2

Hi BBNJ try this 1. To select the Service Mode The service mode is selected when ?FUNCTION?, ?ORIGINAL SIZE? and ?3? keys are sequentially pressed, then F1 will appear in the display. number 5 to get f5 on the screen then press green start button should see `c00` on the screen key in 70 the screen should read c70 press green start again key in 0 and then green start button this should switch off the spanner 4 2. To exit the Service Mode The service mode is reset when the ?FUNCTION? and ?CLEAR? keys are pressed simultaneously kind regards Dr Bob1

My transparency disappeared

Hi zips the transparency will be somewhere in the fuser unit (the hot bit) i'm afraid you will need an engineer to remove it as it will have melted onto the rollers please use copiable transparencies it will save you a lot of money hope this helps regards Dr Bob1

Image memory overflow
