if you have a manual check to see where the feed dog lever is and see if it's in the up position for sewing or the down position , also possible that something is wrong with the feed dogs and they made need some type of adjustment.
If the stitch length bar, which is located on the right side of the
machine, is in the up position move it down to where the numbers are.
Those numbers are referring to how many stitches the machine will sew
in an inch. Therefore, if you put it on 10, your machine will sew 10
stitches per inch. It being up will cause your machine to go in reverse.
Pull out the removable table and you will see the drop down feed dogs switch lever behind the back of the machine. Move that lever to the left or right to have feed dogs go back to normal sewing mode OR for embroidery mode.
