Kenmore 74362 My model# is 665.74362400 this unit is only just over one year old. My problem is it shut down and the quick rinse light started blinking. I have tried some of the button-reset procedures that were on some other responses but to no avell I even left it unplugged for a while. Any impute would be appreciated. I have a Kenmore Dishwasher Model #74362. After we run a cycle for a normal wash and heated dry the dishes are all very dirty and greasy. It is as if they were never washed. They actually come out worse then they were put in. I always rinse before putting in because I usually run a cycle once a week. Now all the dishwasher soap is caked up in the dispenser. My dishwasher is only 3 years old. What should I do?

I had the same issue and you will never beleive the solution.
Steps to follow:
1) run one full cycle with no dishes or soap
2) run one full cycle with a dishwasher cleaner like Jetdry
3) run one full cycle with a gallon of white vinager
4) never put soap in the extra in and only fill the main soap bin half way.

should work fine from here on out, but never fill main bin more then half way when you do dishes. also run the hot water in the sink until the water is very hot before starting the dish washer.

Kenmore Elite 665.15929001 Dishwasher, flashing Sani-Rinse light, won't start

Kenmore is **** with a double PP go buy a Maytag or GE and throw it threw the appliance dept like the Discount tire guy did on TV. I have asked the same question on 4 different blog's and no answer. The question to where they were actually built is unavailable. They only warranty products for 1 year and their disclaimer's add up to when you walk out the door. They are just JUNK! sorry I do not know the answer, first you will pay the repair man then end up buying a new one anyway. Same as me..Peace!

We have a Kenmore dishwaher model#665.15772990 the no heat dry light was flashing and we could not get it to reset. So we replaced the board. It has been 1 month and now the quick rinse light is flashing....

sometimes it is because of a stuck button, push-tap the buttons
and see if it does anything otherwise sorry.
here's a link if you need it.

My Kenmore dishwasher starts to fill and then stops

I've got the same dishwasher....mine is 2 years old and used only 3 times a week and now the motor is burnt out. I understand that this unit is a Frigidaire and is one of the worst ..quality speaking. I guess that why they only provide an one year warranty. Unfortunately, we got a LEMON

My Kenmore diswasher gets stuck between the quick rinse and drying cycle

I am having the same issue as described above. I think it is either the timer, thermostat (temp assure), or thermostat (temp boost) that needs replacing. The dial gets stucks in both the wash temp boost cycle and rinse temp boost cycle. However, I don't have a picture of the temp assure or boost part. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks. -Bill
