Question about HP Compaq Business Notebook NX9010
It stop on checking product key ( key is good) and it still running in task manager 5 hours later. it does this every time.
Are you connected to the internet?
Usually when people have this problem it means their computer is not connecting to the internet to check the product key.
All you need to do is connect once and it should not display again.
