Question about HP Computers & Internet

1 Answer

I have a HP computer model Nos, d530 SFF(dg599p) We have two computers networked together and I used to be able to access and print off my wife's printer from my computer, but for some reason I am unable now to connect, and although I have tried to add a printer it will not let me, even the name of the printer does not show in the printers choice list like it used to. Can you tell me what I can do to rectify this. My wife's computer is XP Home, and Mine is XP Office Professional. Colin

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

These are network boot cards, basically it's looking for boot options from across your network. You can change the boot options in your BIOS or there is usually a key combination to press that is displayed on screen during boot to shut of the PXE boot of your network card.

I just cannot find the model name of my ethernet controller for my HP Compaq D530 Sff.

Hi there.
You don't need the model number of the ethernet controller itself, you have already provided the information i need to help you (the computer make and model).
Go here to HP support, choose your operating system (win2000, XP etc) download and install the LAN (network) driver >>>>>>
