The code LE is for motor overload protection.
Ensure that you are not overloading washer, make sure to clean pump by draining at little door at lower left corner(check manual for instructions), unplug for 30 minutes to reset, now try running cycle again. if it fails again something else is causing the motor to work to hard and will require a professional.

Short cycling and groaning

Sounds like it is water bound. Power down, drain the tank, restart and see if the problem goes away. If it does it indicates a problem with the air volume control.

Pump comes on shuts off then comes on shuts off

In other words, it is cycling quickly. Check your bladder tank for proper air pressure. You will have to shut the pump down and drain the tank to do this as the pressure in the bladder is set when the tank is empty, or nearly so, no pressure on it. Set air for a couple of lbs below the normal on point of the pressure switch. If you don't know what it is supposed to be, start at 28PSI, after pump is working, check system pressure while it is under load, meaning turn on the water and let it run and watch pressure gauge for when pump comes on. If no pressure gauge, install one as you need it to see if you system is working properly. It it isn't a bladder tank, just an older style tank, same thing, same procedure.

My well water pump is short-cycling & shuts off due to overheating. Any ideas??

If it is short cycling the tank is probably water logged and needs to have the empty air level set. Basically that means drain the tank (pump off first of course) then check the air in the bladder. Should be a couple pounds less than the low cut in setting of the pumps pressure switch. This should let the pump rest between cycles and stop the overheating. If it still overheats you have a failing pump and will need to replace it or rebuild it.

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

Replace the check valve that is part if the discharge hose barb. When it fails the water trapped in the vertical section of the tube comes back into the tank and cycles the float on again causing what you describe. The best way to confirm this would be to watch the water level as soon as the pump shuts off and see if it climbs without any other source of water coming into it. If it is not rising then the issue is with the float itself and is not worth fixing; replace the unit in that case.

No water is coming out of the jet. What should I

With the waste collected in the filter, it means that there
was water moving at the suction side. It is either the discharge valve is close, defective valve, or clogged jets.
So, please check the three possibilities. and get it corrected. Send us your e-mail for further assistance.
