I am experiencing the same thing. I am very frustrated and ready to return frame.

HEY... Mine sticks on the first picture as well! It does however play the music. I do have the receipt but I have thrown the box away. I left an email on the polaroid website. I will also call them in the morning. Makes me mad.

Yeah I have to same deal well kind of. Mine will play but then after just a few pictures or so it locks up and then you have to "re-boot" it. Any ideas?

I was using an 8G flash drive and had over 6G saved to it. I decided that maybe the frame could not handle that many G's so I deleted everything but 2G and it WORKS!!!!! Maybe anything over 2G is too much for it to handle. Try it and let me know. I am interested if this solves everyones problems.

We actually got a hold of polaroid this morning and they did verify that the max you can use is a 2G. Would be nice if it specified this in the manual!

Most digital frames come with a USB cable to hook the frame directly up to a computer. When you plug in the frame, a drive should show up in your "My Computer" section (for Windows) or on your desktop (for Mac). In most cases, you just need to drag and drop the photos onto the drive.

Uploading photos

Both the thumb drive and the picture frame are USB slave devices, not USB masters. They both need to be connected to a USB master in order to transfer files.

Do you have a standard USB cable from some other device, any other device? If so, that should fit into the picture frame. If not, you'll have to buy one.

Connect the thumb drive to your computer. Create a folder on the computer and copy your photos to that folder. Then connect the picture frame to the computer and copy the photos from the folder to the frame.

If you have two or more USB ports, you can skip the folder and just copy photos from the thumb drive directly to the frame.

Removing certain picutes from the frame

Hi, if this is a Pandigital frame, go to the manual pg.9 and follow instx under"Delete Photos from Internal Memory.

If it is another brand, try: on the Home screen menu, select Manage Photos( Make sure you do not have a Flash memory, camera card, usb etc connected to the frame!) and, under the Delete select the individual
photos to be deleted.
Hope this helps, but,I'm only familiar with the Pandigital
