Question about HP PSC 500 All-In-One Printer
Did you remember to recalibrate the scanner after cleaning? If not, that alone might resolve this for you... To be blunt, this type of problem can be difficult to diagnose; my next suggestion would be to install the newest version of the drivers for your operating system; be sure to reboot the system once the drivers are installed. This is the main link to the HP Support webpage for your printer: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=58710&dlc=en&lc=en&cc=us If updated drivers DON'T solve this problem, check these pages on the HP website for more specific information; I've used the TinyURL service (tinyurl.com) to cut them down to a more reasonable size: http://tinyurl.com/yuz6pk http://tinyurl.com/yro6jn Hopefully, you'll find specific details within those pages... good luck finding a solution to this...
