Question about Computers & Internet
Windows Genuine Advantage is telling you that your Windows product key is not a genuine or original key.The key that someone used for your Windows O.S is a duplicate key in Microsoft's data base. Microsoft deems this as piracy. In order for your Windows to become "genuine" you with need to either purchase a new key from Microsoft or purchase a new legimate copy from a retailer and reinstall it. Both messages are related.I think you need to reload windows. You may be able to load Windows from within Windows as you already have it installed. The new install will simply load what is required over your existing version allowing you to enter that genuine key. When this is done I think both issues will be gone.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Jun 19, 2011 | Microsoft Get Genuine Kit for Windows XP...
and scroll down to the selection that says "020 - Winlogon Nofity: Wgalogon - ..." select that, and click fix checked.
You can also go and delete the actual executable that nags you. The full path to it should be (for most installs) C:\Windows\System32\wgatray.exe.
Reboot after this. No longer should you get the popups and that nagger as you log in should not show up either
