are you using refill cartridge, replace the problem cartridge and check for the results, if you are still getting the message then the issue is with the printer hardware, contact the manufacturer for options.
alighment not sucessfully completed because of one of the catridge nozzles are clogged or carriage assm not reading the align page properly,check the align page is properly printed? if no repalce catridge, if print quality is good clean align reader which was located beside of the carriage... best of luck
turn off the printer remove the cartidges. Take a damp paper towel and clean the contacts of the cartridges and also the contact inside the holder of the cartridges. put back the cartridges.
Hi your cartridges are not good any more and need to be replaced Remove and replace your cartridges try old ones to see if color or black has the problem
Cartridges are not alighned. Remove one of the cartridges and insert it back. The printer will print an alighment page. There are instructions on the page to place it on the scanner and to press the Scan button. For alighment to be successful the printer has not to missing any ink. Instead of removing and inserting a cartridge, you can use Maintenance tab in Printer preferencies to strat printhead alighment.
I resolved the "remove and check cartridge" issue after reading the instructions at the above address. Most importantly, I replaced both cartridges and the problem was resolved.
The color cartridge appeared to be the issue. It had been in for months and used infrequently.
Please check with the ink cartridge numbers given below.
