Question about Hitachi 51SWX20B 51" Rear Projection Television
I have a 43FDX01B Hitachi TV. Last night while watching it, I heard a click. Immediately the picture had a blue shadow. If I select select an input without a device (so a black screen is seen), there is a blue streak that starts in the lower right corner, arcs very slightly up and then turns back down to disappear about the middle of the bottom of the screen. Help.
Seems convergence out IC is fried in TV so it gives blue shadow.
Check out Convergence Out IC which you need to replace in TV, if you have enough experience of repair of big TV, necessary tools and know basic electronics.
