Question about Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro 2 Classic
Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 uses Directshow to preform audio record and playback. Lexicon wants to use either ASIO or WDM. Is there any way to either make Pro Audio use ASIO or WDM or make Lexicon work with Directshow?
I can record one track fine. I can direct the output of previously recorded tracks to the internal sound card for playback and continue to record additional track through the Lexicon. After recording all the tracks I can playback all the tracks through the Lexicon. I cannot record a second track and playback a prvoiusly recorded track simultaneously.
One other thing, Cakewalk loads Directshow V5.x. I havn't check yet, but I am going to check the computer and see what the Directx version is. I'm hoping that it's not at the latest level and I can fix it with the up grade.
Thank you for your help.
