While the computer a/c is disconnected, open her (it can't be a he!) up and gently push EVERY THING that is pluged in . Follow the wires that come out of the power supply box ( with the fan ) and gently push them back on the board. Push in the memory sticks (they act like they turn off the computer when not seated right). The a/c plug in the back of the computer should be seated 'snug' in the socket.
