Replacing the three capacitors is a starting point, if it fixes the problem then great job done, if not you now know that the problem might be the SSB Small Signal Board. I would check to see if the capacitors are bad first. They are CP120, CP140, and CP150. They will look puffy in appearance if they are defective. This is one of the reasons I often ask if people have a background in electronics, because by telling you the possible cause of the problem it leads people to thinking that troubleshooting is not needed, when in fact this fix comes from a troubleshooting effort. In any event if you do not have a background in electronics I would suggest that you have a qualified TV technician troubleshoot and repair this problem.
