Try restoring the cell to factory specs. Then try it, if that doesn't work its because some cell phones have limited memory and can only hold so many things on it. Remember pictures and calendar date setting takes memory as well. It helps if the cell has A memory card slot for buyinf a memory card with at least 2gigs of space will eliminate your memory storage program. Hope this helps
Wap/gprs settings are to be requested from your service provider. Call your service provider's customer care and ask them to send wap settings to your mobile phone or visit your provider's website and look for the wap settings.

There could be too many settings for Internet/Wap/MMS etc... on your phone. Delete them all and get the Settings for Internet/Wap and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks. If you're on a prepaid phone, make sure you have enough credits to sends MMS. Also check that your phone isn't too full of old files. The phone needs a certain amount of memory to function.
