I got my mp3 brand new, I'd download the software and hook my Device up. I'd go to explore and drag and click songs from audio cd's i ripped on Windows media player but it would say error can not add files yada yada yada So then i tryed Limewire songs and that dosn't work either PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
