Question about Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Laser Printer
Getting vertical lines printed near margins and can't seem to clear up. Saw posted solution recommending blowing compressed air, but want to know exactly where to blow the air and in which direction so I don't create a bigger problem.
I believe the drum is the problem and not the print head. Remove the OPC drum and check its surface for lines, if there are any lines, you can bet it will be printed on the paper. The print head is beneath the drum, you can see a long glass, that is where the print head sits.
