Lexmark only provides Windows drivers for this, apparently. However, I find in checking several forums that OS X may already have compatible drivers. Several posters said they had Z600 series folders located in /Library/Printers/Lexmark already, and just needed to use the Add a Printer utility to set up their printer. I'm not home now so I can't check my own Mac, so I can't verify this. I've never looked since I don't have a Lexmark.
Here's the link to the Lexmark Z640 drivers: http://bit.ly/aT7bXc. Choose the correct driver compatible with your computer's operating system. Download, execute the file and follow the instructions in the software. Thank you for choosing Lexmark.
NOTE: Lexmark Z640 is not compatible with Macintosh operating system. No drivers available for Mac.
I'm sorry but, unfortunately, there are no available Lexmark Z640 printer drivers for Macintosh operating system. The printer is only compatible with Microsoft(Windows). I hope I can assist more on this.
No i don think this printer is compatible with Mac because it doesnt have the downloads for it on the website also......But i would request you to have a chk with Lexmark they may have CD for it..... Good Luck For technical support or customer service in
go to www.lexmark.com click on drivers and downloads then click on OS compatibility lists.
Click on MAC OS X and then click on home or small office/home office. This will take you to a complete list of compatible drivers for the MAC OS X for all of lexmarks printers. If it does not appear then there are no MAC OS drivers. Which I looked at for you and they do not have any. But you will see a list for the printers that they do have them for.
