Question about HP LaserJet 1320n Printer
This is usually the paper pickup roller being worn. Needs replacing with new or you can also take the old one out and rotate the rubber tyre a little so that the worn area is not at the paper pickup point.

Can you hear if the roller mechanism is kicking in? If you hear the roller moving but the paper is not even starting up the path, it's probably a worn pickup roller. If the solenoid is firing but the roller isn't turning then the feed roller shafts clutch mech is probably worn/broken and needs replaced.
