Electric Jen Air range oven door won't unlock (by 2 users)

Ran the oven in cleaning mode which locks the door. At the end of the cycle, the door latch will not release. I have disconnected power & repowered (hoping to reset the locking swith) but that did not work.

New baking elemen installed in my S125; cleaned oven immediately thereafter for 2 hours. Lock light and clean light were off; latch could not be disengaged after about 7 hours and remains locked until I obtain a solution. Have turned power to oven off waited and then turned on (reboot?) with no effective results.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
